The Ravens have blown double-digit leads in the second half of all three of their losses, and the Browns have dropped three straight. The four AFC North teams are separated by one game. It''s not much different than last season, when first-place Cincinnati ended up just two games in front of Cleveland and Baltimore, which tied for last. “If we win this game we’ll put ourselves in a situation to get that first-place spot, but it’s going to be one week at a time, one day at a time and it starts today,” Johnson said. “I think we’ve got to dominate today and go from there.” Of all the teams in the division, the Ravens (3-3) may have the best chance to separate themselves. They''ve trailed, on average, for only 2:09 per game, but fourth-quarter collapses like last weekend''s against the New York Giants have been a problem. “The foundation is there,” Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said. "We know we’re playing good football (on) both sides of the ball. Just keep striving, keep trying to get better, keep building on what we’ve done in the past, and we’re going to be good.” Cleveland (2-4) lost 38-15 last weekend to New England. ON THE GROUND This game pits two of the NFL''s top rushers against each other — although they produce their yards in vastly different ways. The Commanders have 19 sacks, tied for fourth in the league, and Rivera thinks the defense has the chance to be better than 2020 when it ranked second. “They’ve done some really good things, and we just got to continue to work on being disciplined,” Rivera said. TURNOVER ISSUES During LaFleur’s tenure, the Packers are 37-1 when they force at least one turnover. Worse for Indy, 2021 NFL rushing leader Jonathan Taylor and three-time All Pro linebacker Shaquille Leonard were hurt in the loss to the Titans. Taylor has missed the last two games with an injured ankle. Leonard broke his nose and suffered a concussion. Running back Nyheim Hines is working through the concussion protocol and missed the Colts'' 34-27 comeback win over Jacksonville last week. This is the fifth of the Colts'' six divisional games. Despite being 1-2-1 in the division, the Colts have won three of four to sit right behind the Titans. Indianapolis coach Frank Reich noted the Titans also were the AFC''s No. 1 seed last season. "All roads go through Nashville,” Reich said. HENRY''S FRANCHISE RUN Derrick Henry not only has put together consecutive 100-yard rushing games, he has tied Pro Football Hall of Famer Earl Campbell for second in franchise history with 73 career touchdowns. Henry is one shy of tying Eddie George''s team mark of 74. Henry has watched film of how Campbell ran through the league and gotten to meet the 1979 MVP. George lives in Nashville and coaches Tennessee State. Now Henry has a chance to further cement his status with those men and this team. “They are the epitome of this franchise and the running back position as far as how they played it, the physicality, the success they had,” Henry said. BACKUP PLAN Last week, Reich moved second-year quarterback Sam Ehlinger ahead of former Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles on the depth chart. Reich explained Ehlinger earned the promotion but noted it was done, in part, because Ehlinger’s versatility gives Indy more options. It’s unclear whether Ehlinger and Foles, who attended the same Texas high school as Drew Brees, will remain in the same order this week. “We haven’t discussed a package this week, so I don’t know what the plan for that is for that,” Ehlinger said Wednesday. “Last week, there were a few situations we talked about. Obviously didn’t end up running any of them, so I think this week we’ll see what happens.” SCORING ISSUES The second half remains an issue for the Titans, who’ve been outscored 71-14 combined in the third and fourth quarters. They have yet to score a single point in the final 15 minutes of any game, and Titans coach Mike Vrabel blames too many three-and-outs. “You are going to have to have some X plays. You are going to have to have some third-down conversions and you are going to have to avoid the critical mistakes and the critical penalties,” Vrabel said. “That is how you move the ball into the red zone.” Once there, the Titans are the NFL''s best, scoring touchdowns on 92.3% of their trips inside an opponent’s 20, including their last 11. Ryan Tannehill has the NFL’s best passer rating at 132.3 in the red zone, completing 13 of 16 passes for 100 yards with five TDs and no interceptions. FINDING FIVE Indy’s offensive line was supposed a strength. Instead, it’s been a glaring problem. The Colts have allowed 21 sacks, fifth-most in the NFL, and are gaining a paltry 3.5 yards per carry, tied for third worst. Reich has used three different lineups in the past three weeks. Indy allowed no sacks for the first time this season while scoring a season-high 34 points in the win over Jacksonville. “I thought all six of those guys played well,” Reich said, referring to rookie Bernhard Raimann, who started at left tackle, and veteran Dennis Kelly, who finished the game in that spot. “Dennis played well, but we’re going to anticipate staying with how we were. We’ll evaluate that as we go.”

Prescott is set to return at quarterback Sunday against the Lions (1-4) after missing five games with a fractured right thumb, an injury to his throwing hand sustained in a season-opening loss to Tampa Bay. Cooper Rush won the first four starts filling in for Prescott before the defending NFC East champs lost to undefeated Philadelphia 26-17 with first place in the division on the line. The Cowboys (4-2) are third in the division — but one of four NFC teams with winning records. The Lions are one of two one-win teams in the NFC. “I think it’s kind of weird to come off a loss on prime time to come into a Sunday noon game lackadaisical,” Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott said. “We still have a lot to prove. We still got to win this division. Right now, it’s a little bit of an uphill battle, but we’re going to have to scratch and claw our way out of it.” Detroit is coming off its open week following a 29-0 loss to New England. Despite the shutout, the Lions are still second in the NFL in scoring because they averaged 35 points per game the first four weeks. Problem is, they gave up 35.25 points per game in those four. “We haven’t done a good job of finishing games and winning, but moving the ball and putting points on the board, we’ve done a decent job of,” said Goff, who has contributed to the poor start with four interceptions. “So we just get back to that and treat New England as hopefully an anomaly. And that doesn’t mean we ignored it.” It''s hard to ignore the struggles for a Dallas offense amid the victories. A year after having one of the best offenses in the NFL, the Cowboys are in the bottom 10 in points, total yards, passing yards and third-down percentage. They believe Prescott can fix that, despite the Dallas offense struggling even before he fractured the thumb on his throwing hand in a 19-3 loss to the Buccaneers. “Sky’s the limit,” receiver CeeDee Lamb said. “The offense is very good and everyone knows this. Reigning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Micah Parsons will be motivated after getting shut out on sacks in the loss to the Eagles and being on the wrong end of several big plays. “Maybe it’s something that I could’ve done better, maybe it’s something someone else could’ve done better or we all could have done better,” Parsons said. “That’s the beauty of it: You get this week to prove it and show what we learned.” SWIFT RETURN? The Lions are hoping D’Andre Swift rejoins a strong running game after missing two games with ankle and shoulder injuries. Swift had 175 yards of offense and two scores in a 38-35 loss to the Eagles in Week 1, and had 87 yards from scrimmage in the only win the following week against Washington. DON''T FORGET THE RUN The return of Prescott will bring focus to improving the league''s 27th-ranked passing attack, particularly with the 2016 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year having a 3-0 record with eight touchdown passes and no interceptions against the Lions. It might be easy to forget that Elliott is coming off consecutive games of at least 75 yards rushing for the first time since his most recent 100-yard games early last season. Or that Tony Pollard owns Dallas'' three longest plays from scrimmage this year, with the Cowboys set to face the NFL''s worst run defense.
